and Omega-6 fatty acids can be eaten, since the acid can be made of the preceding Omega-3 and Omega-6
. It is primarily seafood, chia seeds, flax seeds and oat buds. The easiest way to obtain Omega-9 is from the vegetable oils, including sunflower, almond, soybean, canola, flax, corn and other oil.
